Let’s Not Panic is a comedy about love and neuroses colliding when an asteroid threatens to hit New York. Sadie, played by Lyle Friedman, is a neurotic and anxious 20-something, embarking on a quest from Brooklyn to Manhattan to reunite with her therapist, played by John Anderson, who she is in love with. She believes they can finally be together in a post-apocalyptic world since the rules keeping them apart will cease to exist.
This is the directorial debut by writer/director Heather Jack who comes from working in development at MGM and Jerry Bruckheimer Films and producing for CollegeHumor. Executive produced by Mary Rohlich (Identity Thief) with producers Jacob Robinson and Devin Landin.
Shooting begins this week in New York.
