"FCC Modular approval for the Gemini will be a great help to both new and current customers," said Josh Peifer, President at SkyeTek. "Our RFID solutions get our customers to market faster than any others, and with this approval, we can do that even faster. This allows us to focus on providing our customers solutions to their business problems without needing to worry about regulatory."
FCC Modular approval for RFID devices requires that the device must pass FCC rules for radio emissions. SkyeModule Gemini adheres to the relevant portions of the Federal Communications Commission’s Part 15 and is considered a unlicensed modular transmitter as specified by DA 00-1407. TÜV Rheinland completed testing for each standard and affirms that the Gemini conforms to all necessary standards for FCC certification.
