EDTS Honored by Microsoft, in North American Managed Service Provider Rankings

GREENVILLE, S.C. - April 15, 2014 - PRLog -- EDTS, a regional IT services company specializing in managed IT services, network security, and advanced infrastructure for Southeastern businesses, has obtained Gold Midmarket Solution Provider Competency honors from Microsoft for the 13th consecutive year, and been ranked 91st among North America's leading managed IT service providers by MSPmentor, becoming the only firm with dual Georgia-South Carolina operations to make the top 100 rankings.

The Gold Midmarket Solution Provider competency demonstrates EDTS’s expertise in meeting customer needs based on the most current Microsoft solutions to help midmarket businesses with their unique business challenges while understanding their business processes, infrastructure, and future growth costs.

The exclusive MSPmentor ranking is based on data from MSPmentor’s 2013 global online survey, conducted October-December 2013, and recognizes top managed service providers based on metrics including annual managed services revenue growth, revenue per employee, managed services offered and customer devices managed.  EDTS achieved rankings of #91 in North America and #121 globally in the survey.  MSPs on the list collectively manage over 6 million PCs, servers, smart phones and tablets.

Microsoft Gold Competency signifies to the market that a company has demonstrated the highest level of skill and achievement within a given technology specialization, and has completed a rigorous set of tests to prove their level of technology expertise.  They also must have the right number of Microsoft Certified Professionals on staff, submit customer references and demonstrate their commitment to customer satisfaction by participating in an annual survey.
