Follow on Google News | Marco Canadea Questioned About Bollywood Experience and Life After QueenMarco Canadea of Queen fame talks about his journey from Switzerland to Bollywood. The actor talks freely about his Bollywood experience, friends after Queen, future projects and Indian beauties.
By: WomenPlanet Brought up amidst the mesmerizing beauty of the Swiss Alps, Marco had no previous connection with Bollywood, except the fact that he knew a lot Bollywood films were shot in Switzerland. He said that he had accidentally once bumped into a Bollywood film set when he was much younger. Moreover, he is a fan of Bollywood actor Kabir Bedi, whom he also considers as his childhood hero for playing the role of Pirate Sandokan, an Italian TV series that featured in the early 70s. Marco never though he would act in a Bollywood film, until he was approached for Queen. Talking about his experience during the filming of Queen, he says that he misses the Indian catering and is now a Indian Food frenzy. The experience of working with Kangana is extremely special. He says that although they never had much time to rehearse, it was fun and also a true privilege working with Kangana. After the film, he is still in contact with Rajkumar and the other boys Mish, Joseph and Jeff. In the interview, he further talks about his life as an actor and how he is open to other Bollywood films that might come his way. The actor also said that he will work for any movie or even TV shows, as they are all about acting; the stage doesn’t matter much. When asked about his life after Queen, Marco says that he receives a lot of mails from his Indian fans which flatter him completely. He also says that Indian women are the most beautiful females on earth and that they deserve respect, freedom and a lot of happiness.
