Growth Consultancy 4i Kicks Off The Smarter Insights Function Series Webinar April 9th

The series’ first installment, “Defining & Measuring Value of Your Insight & Analytic Functions,” will be presented by Dr. Eugene Roytburg, Managing Partner at 4i. Dr. Roytburg has more than 20 years of experience developing transforming analytics and insight functions, with a combined 22 years of corporate, academic, and consulting experience. He is regarded as a premier thought leader bringing science, advanced analytics and foresight to business problem solving and decision-making.

Dr. Roytburg’s initial installment of 4i’s webinar series will introduce participants to the ‘Insight Value Chain™.’ The concept will teach participants how to assess the effectiveness of their organization against standard criteria and key performance metrics. 4i hopes with this concept under their belt, participants in the webinar series will improve the state of their insight/analytics environment and make better decisions in predictive analytics.

“We want participants in our webinar series to transform current insights into smarter insights,” explained Dr. Roytburg. “We start at the beginning with metrics, looking at ROI and removing waste, optimizing their portfolios, and automating insight creation. Starting here will make participants’ current insights and analytics more efficient and effective for their business.”

Following the evaluation of metrics, participants will be exposed to the 4i equation that will set up the foundation for smarter insights. The 4i equation features four characteristics—it’s issue driven, insight, predictive insight and foresight, and insight with implication and impact. Once participants have mastered the equation, they are able to move onto the final step of the Insight Value Chain™: implementation and use.

“While participants are taught the theory behind our Insight Value Chain™, they have to apply it as well,” said Dr. Roytburg. “The chain isn’t complete unless participants are actually using insight decision making.”

The Smarter Insights Function Series will include three more installments, aimed at creating smarter insights today for better decision making tomorrow.
