Deep Well Services Expands HSQE Department, Names Managers

ZELIENOPLE, Pa. - March 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Deep Well Services (DWS) has expanded its Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) Department and named three managers as the locally-owned oilfield service company based in Zelienople builds on its “mission first-safety always” philosophy.

   “Deep Well Services is committed to the safety of our employees and the satisfaction of our customers,” said Joshua Parsons, a Certified Safety Professional and DWS’ Safety Manager. “Our HSQE Department staff has increased by 200 percent. We emphasize safety and compliance.”

    HSQE Manager Aaron Beraducci, CHST, STS, joined DWS in March. Safety Coordinator Ryan Sabo also recently was added to the HSQE Department, which formerly consisted of one manager.

    “Safety has always been the primary focus at DWS, and our expanded HSQE Department will help us more efficiently maintain that focus,” said Mark Marmo, President of Deep Well Services. “Our HSQE staff consists of a team of safety professionals with diverse experience and backgrounds in rigging and lifting, fall protection, personal injury management and personal protective equipment.”

    Deep Well Services furnishes service rigs, and rig assist and standalone snubbing units in the Appalachia region. The company specializes in the completion and basic site/pad well services in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.

    DWS is in the process of implementing a fully automated system that will enable DWS to more efficiently meet compliance, safety and maintenance objectives.

    The Compli system will allow every individual working at DWS to have remote access to information and communication while working in the field. The system will eliminate paperwork and provide a more efficient way for the team to receive important updates and communications.

    “You will see the safety factor be impacted directly from the level of communication,” Parsons said. “DWS is one of the first in the oil and gas industry to utilize this system.”
