Wrage spearheads Denali Sourcing Services’ Center of Excellence, where she is responsible for knowledge management, internal training, and Denali Academy – a new offering for Denali for which she is the program architect. Prior to joining Denali, Susanne has had more than 15 years of experience in procurement, market intelligence, customer service, and training. She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, software, utilities and energy. Susanne’s career included her own startup, where she gained extensive training experience, as well as positions at Alcoa and Denali Intelligence. Susanne holds a dual degree in business from HTW Saarbrücken, Germany and ESC Chambéry, France, as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering from FHT Mannheim, Germany, and an MBA from Tepper Business School of Carnegie Mellon University.
