Growing Mortgage Provider Opens New Office in Melbourne

MELBOURNE, Fla. - March 20, 2014 - PRLog -- Shelter Mortgage is moving its Florida operations to a new location at 7341 Office Park Place, Suite 106, in Melbourne, Florida. The new office positions the company to better serve its growing market area, which now includes Orlando, Tampa, Lakeland, Pensacola and Clearwater, as well as, their out of state locations in Alabama, Texas and South Carolina.

Shelter Mortgage has been partnering with real estate professionals, builders, and relocation companies, as well as providing residential mortgage loans to homebuyers since 1984. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the independent correspondent mortgage provider, partners with other local businesses in the housing industry to provide buyers with mortgage options.
