Follow on Google News | Texas Teen Plans Prom for Chronically Ill Teens - Houston, TxEmail: info@mikshiddenhearts.org Website: www.MiksHiddenHearts.org Anti-Prom for Chronically Ill Teens When: Sunday, April 13, 2014 Where: Maggiano’ Mik’s Hidden Hearts Alliance (MHHA), a 501c3 nonprofit charity, founded by Katy resident 17 year old Mikaela Aschoff after she became homebound with a life-changing illness, will be holding their second annual Prom for Chronically Ill high school aged teens with dysautonomia and other hidden, life-changing illnesses on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 5:45pm to 9:00pm. The event will be held at the Maggiano’s Little Italy in their Ballroom in Houston, Texas and will include dinner, casino games, prizes and music. Dress is semi-formal and prom dresses are being donated through Pruning Hooks Ministry. A “shopping” All high school aged teens with debilitating, chronic illnesses are welcome to attend and bring a guest, if they so choose. MHHA is a non-profit organization dedicated to outreach for homebound and hospitalized teens. The organization provides gifts, hope kits, and socials for these chronically ill young people.
