The leadership development academy kicked-off with 15 high performing professionals that were selected and sponsored from six local organizations. Each of the participants held manager level positions or were aspiring managers. Amazing Appeal’s solution has resulted in a partnership with Brookdale Community College who sponsored the program for non-profit participants.
Led by seasoned leadership facilitators, the high-potential professionals will successfully complete the program at the end of six months. They will learn how to manage others smarter, take on additional responsibilities at the current or high levels, make smarter career choices, and make meaningful investments towards the bottom line goals of their companies. Each class session will focus on specific management/leadership topics and learning will be reinforced through learning workshops, group mentoring, experiential activities, and network building.
To ensure lasting program impact and measure effectiveness, participant will implement monthly action plans during the program. They will also have access to follow-up support in the form of online networking tools, and telephone and/or email coaching sessions.
