Eric Swanson joined Blackstone Technology Group in 2004. He is the Executive Director of the Staffing Services Practice. He has over 19+ years of sales and leadership in IT staffing, and is responsible for the oversight, management, direction and vision of the staffing services division nationally. His rich history in leading teams and servicing Fortune 100 customers helps him address customers’ unique challenges, and ensures profitability and productivity for all parties.  Prior to Blackstone, Swanson was VP of business development for Techniki Informatica (a division of Network Staffing Services Inc.), an international IT staffing firm. Eric holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire and is a certified personnel consultant (CPC).
