Lyman will oversee the Catering sales team and will optimize the Tempe resort’s venues and meeting facilities by hosting a variety of events including weddings, galas, bar/bat mitzvahs and small groups.

Lyman began her successful tenure at The Phoenix Marriott Tempe at the Buttes four years ago and has held several roles including Business Travel Manager, Group Sales Manager and most recently Executive Meetings Manager. Prior to joining the resort, Lyman served as an Interim Director of Catering at an Embassy Suites in Birmingham, Alabama and six years at the Birmingham Marriott as a Convention Services Manager, EMM and Social Catering Manager.
