Pastor Mac Hammond and Director Randall Wallace to Discuss "Heaven Is for Real" at Living Word

Feb. 25, 2014 - PRLog -- Randall Wallace, an award-winning screenwriter, director, and producer known for his work on Braveheart, Pearl Harbor, and Secretariat, will be coming to Living Word Christian Center on Sunday, March 2. Randall Wallace will share about his upcoming film Heaven Is for Real, during the 9 and 11 am services, followed by a message on heaven by Pastor Hammond. (Saturday night, March 1, a trailer of the movie will be shown followed by Pastor Mac’s message on heaven.)

Based on a true story, Heaven Is for Real tells the story of a young boy, Colton, who visited heaven during a near death experience. His family hears about his experience in the months to follow as Colton casually describes events that happened before he was born. His family is then challenged to personally examine what Colton’s experience means for them and also how they should share his experience with the world.
