Exercises for Sedentary Workers

PRLog - Feb. 25, 2014 - DALLAS -- We have all seen the stastistics of what can happen when we lead a sedentary lifestyle. Obesity rate is still on the rise even though measures are being taken to edify people on preventable practices. JST Wellness believes the way to help people succesffully integrate better practices, is to make resources fit into people's lives and not the other way around.

JST Wellness Management is partnering it's efforts with PowHow to offer it's Sit 2B Fit program through live webcam classes. Live classes will be offered in 15min increments of time so that users will be able to maximize short breaks to re-energize their work day. Lead instructor and creator Joye Thomas says instructing live classes is engaging and is helpful when users may have questions about the exercises they are learning. Users are also able to interact with a group that helps them stay accountable and increases their chances of successfully realizing gains in improved health and wellness.
