ITESOFT, leading software provider for the process automation market in France, and one of the leaders in the market worldwide with its document capture and automatic multi-channel document processing solutions, today announces that it has signed a significant contract with Lactalis.

Following initial market evaluation in January 2013, assessing the main providers in the field, Lactalis selected ITESOFT's offering. The comprehensive nature of the solution combined with the expertise of the ITESOFT team were both deciding factors that convinced Lactalis of the success of this project, which will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the organisation.

The goal of the project, which kicked off in January 2014, is to automate processing for over 500,000 supplier invoices per year, and to optimize the electronic approval chain involving 1,500 employees across 70 sites.

In the long term, the ITESOFT solution may also be used for similar projects in other countries.
