Follow on Google News | Valentine’s Day activity by paper-conservation initiative Flip4GreenThe activity was aimed to raise awareness about paper usage in Corporate India
By: Certes Realty For the activity, the Flip4Green crew visited the Jahanpanah City forest, an urban landscaped park in the middle of South Delhi, that is frequented by people from nearby areas of Gk-II, CR Park, Kalkaji and Alaknanda. They interacted with morning joggers and walkers, most of whom were not aware about the Flip4Green initiative. The crew presented a ball of crushed paper to all the participants to get the point of re-using papers across. The participants were approached unawares and the whole interaction was filmed. Mr. Ramesh Menon, Director Certes Realty Ltd. says, “We wanted to make a special video for all our followers for Valentine’s Day. Through this activity we have been able to firmly establish our belief that people are more than willing to re-use papers, if given the opportunity, thus validating our efforts.” The video is available on Flip4Green’s facebook page and their website www.flip4green.in.
