Ultraseal India Pvt. Ltd. will share a stand with the Abhijit Corporation, of Ahmedabad, one of its network of renowned job processing shops which carries out vacuum impregnation as a reliable and permanent solution to casting porosity.
They will exhibit at Stand number A10 in Hall 1 at the Mahatma Mandir exhibition centre in Ghandinagar, Gujarat, from February 7th to 9th.
Thousands of visitors from around the world - including from China, Japan, South East Asia, the United States, Europe and Russia - are expected to attend. The 5th Cast India Expo and the 62nd Indian Foundry Congress will run alongside the exhibition.
Stephen Hynes, Marketing Director of Ultraseal International, said: "IFEX 2014 will be an excellent opportunity for Ultraseal India Pvt. and the Abhijit Corporation to reach out and tell more people about the benefits of vacuum impregnation.
"More and more companies in the automotive supply chain are tuning to vacuum impregnation as a routine quality enhancement to ensure there are no claims under extended warranties arising from problems due to casting porosity."
At IFEX, Ultraseal India Pvt. will also be highlighting the advantages of its cascade washing machines that provide a high volume, low pressure wash that results in fast processing times, high output, and reduced chemical consumption. Rotational washing (with indexing) and deep flushing, results in dry components that are free of stubborn stains. The equipment is expandable to accommodate chromating, iron phosphating and other surface treatments.
Ultraseal India Pvt, based in Pune, India, has a proud history of more than 25 years at the forefront of vacuum impregnation technology in India. It has a joint venture with Ultraseal International, the global leader in the design and manufacture of porosity sealants and impregnation equipment.
The Abhijit Corporation carries out vacuum impregnation using Ultraseal's porosity sealants.
