Christmas Chuckles for Local Hospice

TAUNTON, U.K. - Feb. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Trish Caller who runs Taunton Comedy Festival, organised the event to thank St Margaret’s Hospice for looking after her mother, Mary Wills, who sadly passed away in August 2011.

Trish commented, “I wanted to do something special to raise some money for St Margaret’s Hospice in memory of our dear mum. She always had a wicked sense of humour and would very much have approved of Christmas Chuckles! I particularly enjoyed watching the staff from the Hospice having a lovely time; they are truly wonderful people and St Margaret’s is about so much more than dying. The support they gave all of us when mum was in there was superb and we will always be so grateful for that. ”

At Trish’s request the money raised will go towards a specific project for the hospice, to be decided in the next few weeks. Trish will be involved in the project and is hoping to use her mother’s signature symbol of the ladybird so that she will always be remembered.
