Watson Realty Corp.™ offices and associates win big at company’s North Central awards ceremony

 
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Jan. 31, 2014 - PRLog -- Watson Realty Corp.™ celebrated and honored the performances of their associates, offices and staff at the company’s 48th annual North Central region awards ceremony.

The St. Augustine Beach office was awarded the Top Producing office in the region; and the second highest Top Producing office in closed volume production was St. Augustine.

The Top Producer for the region was the Gachet-Crum team who were awarded the Platinum Pinnacle Award. The Platinum Pinnacle award recognizes those associates who have achieved from $25 million to $50 million in closed volume in one year. The region’s second highest Top Producer, Elaine Wallace was awarded Gold Pinnacle recognition for closing volume between $10 million and $25 million.

DJ Kaufman, a sales associate from the Gainesville office joined the company in 2012, and received the Rookie of the Year award.  The Rookie of the Year is presented to the associate with the highest earnings during their first full year with Watson Realty Corp.™  In the calendar year of 2013, Kaufman also achieved the Silver Pinnacle Award; which is presented to associates with $5 million to $10 million in closed volume in one year.

For the first time ever a new category of awards, the Rising Star, was created by Watson Realty Corp. leadership to recognize those associates who were licensed in 2013 and closed over $1 million in volume or had 10 new listings. The recipients of this new award were Tina Kidd from the Amelia Island office for meeting and exceeding the closed volume quota and Tom O’Shaughnessy from the St. Mary’s office for surpassing the listings criteria.

Watson Relocation Services awarded the St. Augustine office with the Award of Excellence which salutes the office with the highest number of referrals per associate with a high conversion rate. David Alfin from the Palm Coast office received an award from the Relocation Division for having the most closed outgoing referrals.

The North Central annual awards ceremony luncheon was held on Jan. 29, at the Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel.
