But this diet plan will not make you starve, if you follow exactly what means no cheating, no adding your own food, with exact fat burning diet that’s guaranteed that you will lose weight. With a minimum of 2 pounds, you can lose up to a maximum of 7 to 10 pounds in a week. Yes, it works then here is your diet.

When you wake up, you have two glasses of water or a cup of green tea which one you prefer, but make sure you add the lemon water and green tea that comes under natural ways to lose weight in a week. After ten to fifteen minutes, you will prepare your breakfast lunch. Now, you cannot skip breakfast.

You'll have a glass of low fat milk and bran flakes cereal. If you really hate this breakfast then the alternative could be a 1 large apple. But breakfast based fiber is preferable. For mid morning snack before noon you can have a glass of low fat milk again.

Before starting your breakfast you will have a glass of skim milk again and start your lunch. You do not have water for your lunch. Do not forget your lunch to be executed in 40 minutes and you cannot leave any food on the plan.

On days 1, 4 and 7 (there is a menu of seven days) lunch you will have; a bowl of dressing, you cannot add a teaspoon of lemon juice and vinegar. A slice of cheese, a slice of brown bread, 1 apple or guava, followed by green tea.

For mid evening snack, you can have a glass of milk again or if you want you can have your favorite green tea.

For dinner, you will have; 4 oz steak (chicken or fish) including baked potato, a glass of milk, 1 grapefruit and 1 cup of tea.

Days 2 and 5 your breakfast is the same for lunch where you will have corn, a glass of milk, two apples and green tea.

Setting evening with a protein bar and Dinner with a glass of milk, vegetable soup without corn flour as much as you want to make sure you do not add salt to the soup. And green tea.

3 And 6 days; breakfast, you will have egg, but you are supposed to do the egg in the microwave without adding salt, you can add pepper and little olive oil if you wish.

Lunch; 1 grapefruit, 1 cup milk , 1 cup low-fat yogurt , Grilled chicken brown bread (you can also have 6 inch subway without mayo).
