Kurth Lampe Offers Training Seminar for Local Office Seekers
CivicLab and Kurth Lampe, the Chicago-based strategic communications firm with an international reach and Chicago know-how, are offering “Running For Local Office - Campaigners Training,” a training seminar for candidates seeking local office.
“While our recent work has been primarily international consulting for NGO’s and political causes,” says Kurth Lampe President Kitty Kurth, “our first love is Chicago politics. Unfortunately, ignorance of the system is often a deterrent to first-time candidates. We’re bringing best practices from around the globe - we hope that this seminar helps get some fresh skin in the game.” Adds Executive Vice-President Kevin Lampe, “The tools and skills that we offer in this seminar should give candidates enough information to make informed decisions and take competitive political steps forward.”
