Delivered by Elizabeth Dodge and Barbara Richley, both of Stock & Option Solutions, the training sessions will run 90 minutes in length with each course covering a different key topic: Expense Recognition, Tax Accounting (ASC 740), EPS Reporting (ASC 260), and Accounting for ESPP. The online session are planned between February 11, 2014 and March 25, 2014. Registration is available for each session individually or for the group of trainings. Discounts are offered to those who register for all the trainings.
Training materials, a comprehensive and interactive discussion of the topic, and a quiz will all be included in each educational training session. The details needed to understand the basics and more of each key topic are to be provided.

It's really not that difficult to understand once your break it down to its components. Other people understand the high-level but are befuddled by the details.
