He holds a Masters of Accountancy degree from New Mexico State University. Stefani Rivera to Tax Senior Accountant. Stefani joined REDW in January 2011 and has since become a seasoned tax preparer in entities, trusts, and individual returns. She also prepares reviewed and compiled financial statements. A double major at Regis University in Denver, Stefani graduated with Bachelor’s degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She is currently serving her second term as Board Treasurer for The Q Active 20-30 Club. Tracy Temple-Dimas, CPA to Audit & Consulting Accountant II. Since joining REDW in 2012, Tracy has provided skilled financial audit and internal audit services to state, local and tribal government clients, as well as healthcare and commercial clients. She is a member of American Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from New Mexico Highlands University, where she is also currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Finance. Rik Klotzbach, CPA to Audit & Consulting Accountant II. Rik joined REDW in February 2013, after working previously for the City of Prescott Finance Department as a staff accountant and privilege tax auditor. A member of the Yavapai-Apache Nation, he currently serves a wide range of tribal clients, including governments, enterprises and nonprofit healthcare organizations. Rik holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University and is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. Kevin Cronk to Audit & Consulting Accountant II. Kevin joined REDW in early 2013, bringing with him 20 years of nonprofit industry experience, including at the executive level. His work in public accounting over the past year has focused on financial, internal control, compliance, and operational performance audits, as well as contract support services for tribal governments, tribal health clinics, and nonprofit organizations. Kevin holds a B.A. in Public Administration from State University of New York, an M.A. in Education from the University of New Mexico, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University. He also completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program. Kevin has passed the CPA Exam and expects to receive his license in early 2014. James Loftis to Audit & Consulting Accountant II. Since joining REDW in December 2012, James has worked extensively with tribal casinos and tribal governments, as well as state and local governments and healthcare clients, performing financial statement and single audits, as well as compliance and internal audit services. He holds a BBA from the University of New Mexico. Lauren Wilde to Audit & Consulting Accountant II. Since joining REDW in January 2013, Lauren has served primarily on internal and financial audit engagements for governmental, tribal, healthcare and nonprofit clients. Her experience includes policy writing, single audits, retirement plan audits, agreed-upon procedures, and compliance testwork.
