Trent France Joins Lee & Associates – North San Diego

SAN DIEGO - Jan. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates – North San Diego County is pleased to announce Trent France has joined the firm as senior vice president.

France adds a significant boost to their industrial sales and leasing team, while enhancing its strong presence in North San Diego County.

With 23 years of experience providing industrial brokerage services, France comes to Lee & Associates with an impressive resume that includes Cassidy Turley, where he was vice president for 12 years.  Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, France began his commercial real estate career with CB Richard Ellis, where he worked for 11 years.

“I have spent the past 23 years building professional relationships with San Diego businesses and property owners,” said France, who noted that Lee & Associates’ broker-owned structure is highly compatible with the style of brokerage that he has practiced for over twenty years.  “Working with the team at Lee & Associates allows me to continue to get to know and best serve my clients and make sure that they are maximizing their money with the best locations for their business.”

France’s recent resume in the industrial sector includes more than 140,000-square-feet of leasing on behalf of companies such as Rexel Electrical Distributors, Vulcan Materials, Jack Powell Chrysler & Dodge and Reser’s Fine Foods, all located in North San Diego County.   He currently averages 10 million-square-feet in leases and sales per year with clients across North San Diego County.

         France earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate at California State University Long Beach, where he also earned an associate’s degree in business administration.
