Bay Springs Academy TEACHER OF THE YEAR Announced

VILLA RICA, Ga. - Dec. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Bay Springs Academy is excited and proud to announce the recipients of their Teacher of the Year.

The Teacher of the Year is a coveted honor that is a way to recognize teachers that are not only wonderful in their classrooms, but also do an excellent job outside of the classes working with other teachers, the Parents the school directors, the companies senior management team – and most importantly the Children of our school and community.

Throughout the year our company is involved with many events outside of the school and it is very important to us that we are involved with as many community activities as possible.  It is an honor to say that we have a building full of teachers that participate in these events and help create a fun and exciting event for the children in our town and those around us.

During our yearly Christmas program – after each class has sang and danced their little hearts out…the owner of the company stands up to make the announcement.

During the listing of the criteria to be eligible for the award, the words community and involvement are key pieces to the description.  Working with the children to create not only a wonderful learning environment – but goes out of their way to both educate and demonstrate the importance of citizenship and character.  Our teacher of the Year is a “Teacher”.  They are consistently reaching out to the students and recognizing teachable moments, to help and assist them in their growth into ladies and gentleman.

Along with the recognition and flowers at the Christmas Program, Mrs. Aimee received a beautiful trophy and a vacation that she will be able to have some time away to relax and enjoy her family.

Great job to all of the teachers for a wonderful year - and to Mrs. Aimee for making every day so wonderful and setting a great example for the children you are in contact with each and every day.
