ACWORTH, Ga. - Dec. 19, 2013 - PRLog -- What a wonderful opportunity to give back to our community! The Wolf Team exceeded our goal of over 200 coats donated to the Cobb County Must Ministry this past November. When a few people come together and they ask a few more people to come together it’s amazing what can be accomplished. Do “WE” as good citizens of our community actually know how many people around us go into this winter season without the proper coats, sweaters, hats and scarves to weather the storms during these next few months? I am always pure and simply brought to tears when, as a team, we start loading these coats into our cars to take them to MUST Ministry each year. We are a fortunate group of people that we can afford to purchase new garments every year and it warms my heart that there are still so many wonderful friends who share so willingly with last year’s coats. It was a beautiful sunny day when we pulled up to the donation center and two energetic MUST volunteers came out to help us! They were so gracious and happy to see the tiny bit of help that we were able to give so that others may stay warm. We had donations this year all the way from the Pan Handle of Florida to North Georgia! We had churches, Bingo halls, neighborhoods, clubs, and our biggest donation came from our own local Casey Jones, owner of Stingray’s Cheer! Thank you to everyone whether you gave one small hat or a dozen warm coats! We look forward to seeing you and picking up coats next year!
