The event was held at the Paradise Point Resort & Spa with a record attendance over 500. Out of the five categories (Public Company, Privately held, Non-Profit Organization, Education & Family owned) Leone won in the Large Public Company category.
“I receive more credit than I deserve. The only thing I did was assemble a great team that deserves this prestigious award and it is a testament to the 282 employees that make MRC a unique customer-driven culture.” says Bob Leone, President of MRC.
Leone founded MRC alone in San Diego in 1994 and became Xerox Corporations largest and most successful business partner. In 2009, his company was acquired by Xerox and MRC’s customers benefitted with a direct connection to Xerox. The formula has worked and MRC’s revenues will exceed $70M in 2013. Leone has served on the board of directors for Father Joe’s Villages for the past 6 years and is an advocate for the homeless in San Diego.
