According to Audrey Ball, entrepreneur, working mother and owner and Managing Director of Esteem Consultancy, (herself a long-time alopaecia sufferer from the age of 17). “The idea for Esteem came through my own 30 year hair loss journey – dealing with it day-to-day and appreciating the lack of real support or understanding available for those new to the experience.
