Synergy Natural Resources Continues Legal Action Against Double Crown Resources

FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. - Nov. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- Synergy Natural Resources, LLC (SNR) is continuing their lawsuit against Double Crown Resources (DDCC) for the breach of their Non-Disclosure Agreement and for misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference with prospective business relations or contracts, breach of contract, and business disparagement.

SNR has filed legal action against DDCC after learning of their development and marketing of the Transprop AGG aggregate materials transport system which SNR claims is based on the proprietary, patent-pending design of their Portable Aggregate Supply System, commonly known as the PASS Box.  This action follows an exchange of information between the two companies covered by a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement signed during a brief period of negotiation surrounding a potential partnership in early 2013.

SNR first developed the PASS Box device and initiated their patent protection in 2012 after finding no pre-existing technology that would compete with their uniquely integrated design.  SNR is continuing in their launch of the PASS Box system through long-term leasing contracts with suppliers both in the US and abroad.  SNR is in the final stages of negotiations in the lease of their first fleet of PASS Box units with a large, US aggregate supplier and expects to have the fleet delivered and installed in Q1 2014.

Interest has been expressed by nearly a half a dozen potential customers that represents nearly 10,000 PASS Box units demanded for lease by Q2 2015.

SNR has secured a manufacturing vendor with a strong history of producing large, industrial containers for the oil and gas industry and whose capacity can well withstand the current anticipated demand.
