Knoxville Realtor Vickie Bailey Achieves Milestone, Receives State-Wide Recognition

As of September 2013, Bailey closed 100 transactions, meaning she has assisted 100 clients with buying or selling their homes so far this calendar year.

In addition to this important milestone, Bailey has also been recognized in several key categories as the leading Coldwell Banker real estate professional in the state of Tennessee. According to Third Quarter data, she ranked first in overall production, selling units, total units, and listing units.

A native of Clearwater, Florida, Bailey earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of South Florida in Tampa. She moved to Knoxville with her family in 2000. Bailey is assisted by her husband, Chuck, a licensed agent and mortgage broker. They have been married for 26 years and have two college-aged children.

Bailey equates her success to hard work and sensitivity for clients, both buyers and sellers. She strives to have a reputation for being honest and considerate in all dealings with colleagues and clients.
