Radio Host Silver Rae Fox Set to Lead Workshop at Leadership Conference

For the past seventeen years, the University of Houston—Clear Lake has been home to one of Texas’ largest campus-run Student Leadership Conferences, and has offered dynamic leadership development experiences for more than 3,000 college students. This one-day leadership conference is open to all college students around the country, and provides student leaders with opportunities to network with more than two hundred other campus and community leaders, learn from extraordinary speakers, participate in an on-site community service project, and provides a chance to choose from more than fifteen breakout sessions on Saturday.

Their theme this year takes it's cue from our keynote speaker, Jerome Love’s book “Love Them and Lead Them: A Step-By-Step Guide to Help You Unleash the Super Power of Relationships to Make You a Highly Effective and Influential Leader.”

University of Houston Clear Lake's 17th Annual Student Leadership Conference will be held Saturday, November 2, 2013, from 7:30am - 5:00pm. The conference is also raising awareness about the National Association of People Against Bullying (NAPAB), a non-profit public benefit foundation organization whose main focus is to advocate for victims of bullying.
