KAF Staff Members Participate in Goodwill Clothing Drive

BRAINTREE, Mass. - Oct. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- Five staff members of Kirkland Albrecht & Fredrickson, LLC (KAF) one of the leading CPA firms in the Boston area, recently participated in Goodwill’s Put Your Clothes to Work program.

KAF team members Patricia Grenier, Jordan Levesque, Susan Mulford, Alex Regan and Molly Wallace donated clothes to the September 11^th drive, and also assisted in selecting interview appropriate and business casual apparel for low-income men and women who are entering the work force.

“It was highly rewarding to be able to assist in choosing clothes that will give these individuals the confidence they need during their job search,” said Susan Mulford, Human Resources Manager at Kirkland Albrecht & Fredrickson, LLC (KAF).  “For these men and women, one of the greatest obstacles to getting and retaining a job can be having the appropriate attire; we’re feel privileged to be able to help these people as they begin their career journey.”

For more than a century, Goodwill has helped individuals with disabilities and other barriers to achieve self-sufficiency, independence and dignity.  Goodwill asks employees of companies in and around the Boston area to clean out their closets and put their clothes to work by donating them to graduates from Goodwill’s job training programs.
