TRI Pointe Homes Wins "Community of the Year" at Building Industry Association's 2013 SoCal Awards

IRVINE, Calif. - Oct. 18, 2013 - PRLog -- TRI Pointe Homes, Inc. has been awarded the 2013 SoCal Award for “Community of the Year with a sales price $600,000 to $1 million” for its neighborhood, TRI Pointe Homes at Rancho Mission Viejo. Presented by the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and Building Industry Association of Southern California, the annual SoCal Awards recognize building industry excellence in 48 categories ranging from personal achievement and sales excellence to marketing, merchandising and design. Nearly 600 Southern California industry professionals attended the dinner and networking event on October 5, 2013 at The Grove of Anaheim. It was TRI Pointe Homes’ first SoCal Award.
