Follow on Google News | Emmy Award Winner and Autism Parent Nancy Alspaugh-Jackson Begins “EmPOWERing Autism Parents”Alspaugh-Jackson is the co-host of Autism Live’s one-hour web show, “Let’s Talk Autism with Shannon and Nancy,” which broadcasts each Wednesday at 11:00 am (PDT). She is also an autism parent and the executive director of ACT Today! (Autism Care and Treatment Today!), a national, nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide access to care and treatment to children whose families cannot afford or access the necessary tools their children need to reach their highest potential. Alspaugh-Jackson is an Emmy award-winning television producer and executive who pioneered the magazine program format with Westinghouse’ Nancy says her life changed drastically when her 12-year-old adopted son, Wyatt, was diagnosed with autism at the age of three.
