Walk With Us! We Are Humans First!

NEW YORK - Sept. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- Emad Hassan a native of Pakistan has started his journey to bring to life his dreams and goals to empower those that are voiceless - to enact change - to rebuild the communities that surround him - to speak out relative to survivors of violent crimes, and natural disasters. His main focus "I want to be active in a world that can break the chains of oppression and instill into society the proper education and tools needed to ensure that we are afforded HUMAN RIGHTS!".

In his continued journey to use his voice to stand with the weak, Emad along with his brothers Rabie, and Minhar Hassan put their creativity into force when Sahir the Band was born in 2009. The word "Sahir" coming from the meaning "spellbound with magic" which is very fitting as it takes "magic" from the human heart to stand by those that cannot stand for themselves. Their first demo of the song "Panchi Uray Ghar Ko Chalay" was released in 2010, then came "Aansoo", Bhual Daingay", "Tu Janay Naa" in 2010. Since they have had the support of Saad-Ul-Hassand Studios where their second video "Maula" was released debuting on Pakistans leading music channels.

Their remarkable music along with the haunting voice of  Minhar, and gifted lyrics born of their father Shahid Hassan not only brought them into the acclaim of the music industry, it also caught the attention of numerous companies and organizations, where Emad was invited to engage in a peace keeping project between Pakistan and India, where he had then been awarded 3 awards relative to his diligence in promoting HUMAN RIGHTS through his song Chal Sang Meray Toon - a song created to bring Pakistan and India together in friendship - to walk together as humans.

Emad and his brothers under the guise of the Sahir Band are immovable in their dedication to promoting awareness of internpersonal violence and victims of natural disasters, especially as it pertains to Pakistan, furnishing education through music throughout communities, journalists, advocates, scholars and policy makers to ensure that public-policy is well informed where changes can be made in peace for the betterment of society.

Their new video 16WA SAAL is due to be released September 6, 2013.
