AB Partners LLC Clarifying update

AB Partners LLC (ABP), the Owners of BadBoy Vodka, would like to clarify the Press Release issued  by the company on August 18^th.

ABPconfirms that the press release of August 18^th was authenticated by us on Monday the 19^th, after having been flagged as suspicious by an outside source. We would like to confirm that the information contained in the August 18th press release came directly from the company, and was accurate and complete.

The consulting arrangement with Premier Brands Inc. was terminated on August 15^th, and that company no longer has any affiliation with, rights to represent, or otherwise present themselves as  associated  with BadBoy Vodka and/or AB Partners LLC (APB).
We would also like to further clarify that while a non-exclusive, commission-based sales agreement as mentioned in our August 18^th release (subject to Premier Brands obtaining the required licenses) has been discussed verbally, no such agreement has yet been entered into, nor have proposed terms been discussed.
