Lee & Associates Illinois Welcomes Managing Director Brian Tader

Aug. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has hired 16-year industry veteran Brian Tader as managing director in its Illinois office. In his new position, he will be primarily overseeing recruitment, operations, broker development and marketing.

“As an accomplished real estate professional, Brian has a strong background in portfolio and asset management as well as industrial development,” said Jeff Janda, principal at Lee & Associates Illinois. “We’re thrilled to have him on board to further promote the Lee brand both regionally and nationally as we continue to grow.”  

Before coming on board with Lee, Tader was most recently involved with Mokena, Illinois-based TCB Development.  He lead the sales and marketing efforts of the office and industrial portfolios as well as the Build to Suit and development opportunities in the I-80 and I-55 corridors. Clients included BP North America, JM Smucker Company, Rent-A-Center, and Crane Composites.

Tader holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is affiliated with the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Tader’s hiring comes amidst Lee & Associates Illinois’ celebration of its 11-year anniversary. As Lee’s first Midwest location with a great industrial presence in the Chicago area, the Illinois office now has 31 brokers. With just 18 locations in 2002, Lee & Associates, founded in 1979, has grown to 48 offices with its most recent additions in Columbia, Md., Charleston, S.C., Edison, N.J. and Orlando, Fla.
