CA Schools Demonstrate Improvement in PreK and K with VINCI Blended Learning

Aug. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- Rullingnet Corporation, home of VINCI learning solutions for early childhood, recently completed 2 case studies highlighting the transformation at EnCompass Academy, Oakland, CA. and the Cheryl Andersen Child Center, San Francisco, California brought by VINCI blended learning curriculum.

The studies demonstrate how the children were excited about, and focused on learning traditionally difficult subjects such as math and science. With VINCI curriculum mapped to teacher’s course plans, they were able to save significant time in preparing their lessons. While children were focused, teachers utilized precious time to observe and give children individual attention.

Research has shown that high quality early childhood education represents one of the best investments that can be made in education.  VINCI offers the only COMPLETE blended learning solution that includes the hardware, the curriculum content that meets or exceeds ECE, Head Start and Common Core standards, training for teachers, and the learning management tool, all in a fun and interactive way.

“The VINCI curriculum supports our goal to help preschool children develop a positive self image and explore their natural sense of wonder,” stated Kate Bria, Director of the Cheryl Andersen Child Center.  “I am very impressed with the VINCI content - the curriculum offered gives our teachers a very easy start with structured learning and saves them valuable time.

“As a Title I school with Provision 2 status (100% of our students receive free breakfast/lunch) and with 67% English Language Learners, we appreciate the research based VINCI blended learning programs,” stated Mrs. Nguyen, Principal,EnCompass Academy, Oakland. “The content is cutting edge, and it also offers the syllabus, which other typical online programs don’t have. As a principal, I can’t change the budget, but I can give them a tool that makes their unit of time more effective”.

"We want children to do well in school and beyond. We also must give them the incentive to do it, " commented Dr. Dan Yang, creator of VINCI, "Children are more capable than we think they are. Giving them the opportunity to learn while having fun provides them the ownership of their own learning. And so, education becomes a proactive and enjoyable journey.”
