NBA Prospect Training In Orange County - Tryout Tomorrow, Sunday, August 4th

NEWPORT, Calif. - Aug. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- The New York Knicks are coming to Orange County tomorrow – not to recruit one of Orange County’s very own; they are here to try out a Lithuanian born 7'1" NBA prospect. His name is Ovidijus Galdikas and he has spent the last 7 weeks training with Orange County-based Newport Fit4Life founder Phil Gephart. In just under two months of training here in the states with Phil Gephart & Newport Fit4Life, Ovidijus has put on 21 pounds of muscle while shedding one and a half percent body fat – now at 6.3% - solely through Newport Fit4Life’s 4-step ground-breaking, propietary training.

The Knicks have been following Ovidijus for some time now and since this summer's transformation, their interest has significantly piqued.  If you had to rank Lithuanian centers Ovidijus would appear number three on most charts. The other two centers from the small Baltic state are in the NBA.  The New York Knicks are anticipating they have found a diamond in the rough in Ovidijus and are looking towards the future of their franchise. And they foresee Ovidijus as fitting right in the center of it all.
