Follow on Google News | Range Riders is raising funds to help find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes at its Rope for a CureOn Friday, August 9 through Sunday, August 11, Range Riders welcomes young and old to experience the art of roping at the Range Rider Indoor Arena at 313 W. Loop 335 S. in Amarillo, TX.
By: Will Rogers Range Riders Roping Schools will be available for beginning ropers and Open roping contests will take place for professionals and amateurs who want to put their roping skills to the test. The week will also include a Cowboy Ball and Dinner on Saturday, August 10. Music for the Cowboy Ball and Dinner will be provided by Austin musician, Marcus Dawes, with entertainment by Casey Berry and the Live Texas Mosquitoes. The evening will also include the Manager of Rascal Flatts, Jake LaGrone. Jake is well known in the music business and worked with the likes of Reba McEntire, Lonestar, Alan Jackson, and more. Event planners are also holding a raffle for a granite kitchen valued at $5,500 and a John Deere Gator UTV valued at $19,000.
