Guy Dawson Toasts the official Toastmaster of Las Vegas.

Las Vegas, NV (July 24^th, 2013) – PR Connections radio is proud to announce this week’s guest co-host, Carolyn Pelitier.  Pelitier is a Toastmaster and will be representing Las Vegas in the World Championship of Public Speaking in Ohio next month.  Guy Dawson, PR Connections host, will be interviewing this informative new guest, Wed July 24^th at 1:00pm on KLAV 1230 AM.  

“Carolyn is the epitome of what Toastmasters is all about,” Dawson said. “She is an outstanding speaker and leader and we are so proud to have her as our representative in the upcoming Toastmasters International World Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio in August.”  

When someone hears the word Toastmaster, weddings, roasts and awkward speeches are some of the first things that come to mind; but a Toastmaster is truly the epitome of leadership and public speaking.  They master the art of communication in a way that commands an audience’s attention, a skill that can be priceless in anyone’s career.  

Pelitier will be competing at this years Toastmasters International Competition.  Toastmasters International is a non-profit education organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of meeting locations.  The organization has been established since 1924 and currently has more than 280,000 members in over 115 countries.    

Pelitier will be joining Guy Dawson to discuss her role as a Toastmaster and the positive impacts it has had on her life.
