Eye Centers of Florida hosts Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting August 20 at its new Naples office

FORT MYERS, Fla. - July 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Eye Centers of Florida will host a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting at its new Naples office located at 2500 Tamiami Trail N., #109 at Plaza Walk in Naples, FL 34103 on Tuesday, August 20, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.  Ambassadors from the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce will conduct the official ribbon cutting festivities at 5:00 p.m., followed by refreshments and a tour of the new facility. The public is invited.

The new office has been seeing patients since July 1, providing examination and diagnosis of eye diseases; testing for eyeglasses and contact lenses; cataract evaluations; and treatment of glaucoma and retinal diseases. Its expanded retail space offers a broader array of Tiffany & Co., Prada, Coach® and other distinctive eyewear frames and sunglasses.    

“We’ve added additional eye care specialties to our Naples office to accommodate every eye care need.” said Dr. David C. Brown.

Board certified physicians at the Naples office under the direction of founder and Medical Director David C. Brown, MD, FACS are Barrett Ross Ginsberg, MD, a cornea and refractive surgeon specializing in cataract surgery and laser vision correction and Claudio A. Ferreira, MD, a retinal surgeon specializing in macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular occlusions, and retinal detachments and tears. Frederick T. Brown, OD will provide primary eye care exams and diagnostic services, prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses, and provide pre- and post-op care.  

Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Appointments are available by calling (239) 263-2700.
