Entertainment Entrepreneur Uses Gaming As Nontraditional Approach At Tackling Poor Literacy Skills

July 16, 2013 - PRLog -- American Entertainment Entrepreneur Ryan Glen Golphin and Business Professional Stan O’Day, endeavor to use a nontraditional approach at tackling the English literacy (reading, writing & spelling) deficit in the US through mobile gaming. Statistics show that an average 3^rd grade intercity student has poorer literacy skills then a foreigner with English as a second language.

In 2010 Ryan Glen founded G&G Games, a recognized mobile gaming company that specializes in creating "fun for the family" yet educational games for all ages. G&G Games released its first app UnWord in October of 2011, and is excited to have received downloads in over 125 countries around the world. UnWord has been said to be the hottest new word game, and predicted by NBC News to be in the running with Words With Friends and Angry birds, two of mobile gaming’s biggest games ever. G&G Games later released their second app Word Palooza which took on a success of its own receiving downloads in over 50 countries the week of its release.

A lite (FREE) version of Word Palooza was released today and is available on the Apple apps store. The app’s newly updated paid version (.99) is also available for download.
