Parents Night Out – Raises $1,000 for CURE

Scallions Childcare Management Company – operators of Sunbrook Academy and The Bridge Learning Centers - hosted a “Parents Night Out” which offered free care to allow the parents to spend some time alone –to allow them to go to dinner, see a movie, clean the house…or just watch a little bit of uninterrupted TV.

There was no charge for the event, but we did accept donations for Cure Childhood Cancer. CURE Childhood Cancer is a nonprofit cancer research foundation dedicated to finding cures for childhood cancer. We matched all donations and we are happy to announce that our company wrote a check for $1,000.

Our centers host a Parents Night Out event several times a year, which offers our students a familiar and fun place to stay with a night full of scheduled activities.  The children spend the time making crafts, playing games and enjoying the night with their friends.
