Worcester Firm Acquires Local Company NinetyFive Creative

July 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Ventutec Ltd a Worcestershire web design and development agency and NinetyFive Creative, a Worcester based creative agency have today announced that they have completed a purchase agreement under which Ventutec will acquire NinetyFive Creative.  The two agencies will strengthen their market position, merging together their teams within Ventutec's existing premises at Independence House to become the leading Worcestershire creative design and digital agency.

The acquisition forms part of Ventutec's (http://www.ventutec.com) ambitious growth plans. Owned by Kevin Savage and Jason Smith, the two companies will now combine their range of complimentary services, which include branding, design, creative, web and mobile development, and deliver them under the NinetyFive Creative brand (http://www.ninetyfivecreative.com).

NinetyFive Creative's strengths have always been focused on design and marketing whilst Ventutec have excelled across web development, design and mobile applications. The acquisition will see teams from both companies working together further strengthening the companies skills and service offering.  The enlarged company plans to become a prominent Midlands based full service creative design and digital agency, headed up by NinetyFive Creative Directors Matt Lloyd and Ben Barnes.

Ventutec are by no means strangers to previous acquisitions, already the parent company of self developed brand Siteopia (http://www.siteopia.com) a growing domain name and hosting provider having made a number of acquisitions within the domain and hosting market in the last twelve months.  Ventutec will continue to develop the strategic side of the business, seeking new investment and growth opportunities and the development of in house mobile applications following the success of their apps including Celebalike.

As a result of the acquisition Ventutec are now looking to recruit even more creative and technical talent to deliver on behalf of the company and clients.
