DHR Completes Executive Search for new CEO of 3SI

June 14, 2013 - PRLog -- DHR International, the privately held global executive search firm, is delighted to announce that it has successfully completed the executive search for the new CEO of 3SI Security Systems (“3SI”) on behalf of European private equity firm Stirling Square Capital Partners (“Stirling Square”).  

A portfolio company of Stirling Square, 3SI is the world leader in cash protection systems designed to deter robberies through the use of smoke, ink staining and satellite tracking technology. The company sells its products to 90 of the top 100 banks in the USA and 27 of the top 50 banks in Europe and has manufacturing operations in the USA and Belgium.

The search for 3SI’s new CEO was managed by Frank Smeekes, European Managing Director and Board Member of DHR International, from DHR’s European headquarters in Amsterdam supported by DHR Senior Associate, Jon Barron, a US national based in Europe.

Following on from the candidate selection process, Daniel Powell, formerly Vice President North America Operations of ADT Security Systems has been appointed CEO of 3SI. Prior to ADT, Daniel was with Windstream and associated companies for 14 years. Daniel has an MBA from The University of Michigan.
