Summer Adventure Program at Teddy Bear Learning Center Shares Science and Art

MIDDLETOWN, N.J. - May 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Learning comes alive as children at Teddy Bear Learning Center in Lincroft explore the captivating Wonder Of Science.  Whether observing birds at a bird feeder, watching a stormy sky, or studying the lost world of dinosaurs, the summer program promises to spark young scientist’s imaginations with topics including butterflies, flowers, magnets, worms, thunder, and lots more.

The Ocean In Motion adventure continues with pirates and a map of a hidden treasure.  Children’s eyes sparkle as they collect, count, sort, and chart the precious objects the find.  As the journey continues, they sail across the ever changing sea and discover extraordinary life under the waves.  This voyage concludes on a tropical island where they explore the shore, the sand, seashells, and palm trees, and enjoy a beautiful summer day on our beach.

The summer winds down with a Spotlight on the Arts.  Song, dance, drama, and poetry light up the children’s faces as they sing, recite, dance, sway, and simply have fun while they are introduced to many exciting and creative works.  Imagination abounds as children display their art work made with crayons, chalk, paint, paper, glue, and other materials.  A pallet of colorful learning is in store for each child as we explore all the arts.
