Follow on Google News | Amityville New York Gym Launches New WebsiteBig Al's Family Fitness of Amityville, NY has recently launched a new website that reflects the new offerings in their revamped 40,000 sq ft facility.
By: Big Al's Family Fitness The new website is highly graphical and utilizes actual pictures and videos from gym members, trainers and staff to provide a virtual tour through the immense facility. Leonardo Gomez, Big Al’s new marketing director, wanted to take a simplified approach to presenting the information on the website and kept the navigation simple yet effective. The five main top menu areas of the website provide information on membership activities, amenities, the history of the gym and a new member membership page. “The objective with the simpler menu and site redesign is to drive new users to the pages that help accomplish their goals quickly and easily” said Gomez. “We are hoping the ‘less-is-more’ Big Al’s Family Fitness owner Paul Riedel has worked hard to offer something for everyone at his gym. There are senior fitness classes, kid’s fitness classes, a nursery, group fitness classes, personal trainers, dedicated boxing and MMA areas, an outdoor fitness area, several cardio decks and more. “We have thrown the corporate gym model out the door” says Riedel. “Instead of selling a marketing scheme we try to create an environment that is more conducive to the journey of fitness over a lifetime rather than a few weeks.” This model has been successful for Riedel who also has another gym in Westbury, NY called Sweat New York. Soon Sweat New York’s website will be getting overhauled and the gym will undergo an additional expansion similar to Big Al’s. Visit Big Al’s new website at http://www.bigalsfamilyfitness.com/ End
