Grand Slam Used Auto Sales Event

ECORSE, Mich. - May 13, 2013 - PRLog -- (Ecorse, MI, May 11, 2013) On Friday, May 17th, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, Downriver Community Federal Credit Union (DCFCU) and Enterprise Car Sales will be teaming up for their annual Grand Slam Used Auto Sale.  A one-day only event held at the main branch at 4320 W. Jefferson, Ecorse, and Michigan, 48229.

The event provides another opportunity for SE Michigan residents in the Downriver area to experience the ongoing benefits of being a member of the DCFCU.  Throughout the year there are many events created and sponsored by the Credit Union that solidifies their commitment to the community and it’s members.

The sale provides the opportunity to purchase a gently used automobile from Enterprise Car Sales and also receive a very low interest rate from the DCFCU Auto Financing. (https://www.downrivercommfcu.com/Vehicle_Loans_31.html)  Additionally, Enterprise is appraising vehicles utilizing the Kelley Blue Book® Trade-In value to appraise your vehicle and will add $500, or make your first payment up to $500, if certain criteria has been met.   The joint venture has been a tremendous success in past years for all parties involved, DCFCU, Enterprise Car Sales, but especially members of the Credit Union.

The Credit Union understands how precious time is for it’s members, so they suggest that anyone interested in participating in the event do a few pre-planning tasks before the sale.  Maria Hook, VP of Finance at DCFCU, explains, “The day moves at a very fast pace, therefore we ask that members get pre-approved.  Additionally, we ask non-members that wish to participate to join the Credit Union before hand and we can get them pre-approved at the same time.”  Secondly, a visit to the Enterprise Car Sales (http://www.enterprisecarsales.com/downriverfcu) website provides members the ability to preview the autos that will be on sale and saves time during the selection process on the day of the sale.
