CINCINNATI - May 13, 2013 - PRLog -- When you first take a look at Adam Holland, you may not think he's even old enough to be an accomplished Internet entrepreneur, creator of over a dozen Internet training courses and programs, skilled public speaker and online consultant.

Recently Holland, founder of Global Leadership Max and Magnetic Storm Studios, sat down in an exclusive interview with Nash Ryker of Struggle2Victory.com (http://struggle2victory.com)

Holland has developed a significant following on the Internet, has been featured in several industry trade publications and is a consistent six-figure earner.

But his success did not come easy.

Frustrated by layoffs in 2008 and bouncing from job to job before turning his focus towards Internet marketing, Holland experienced the typical frustrations and roadblocks that others have encountered on the entrepreneurial path.

"No matter what you want in life, the circumstances are never going to be right," Holland explained. In order to deal with all of the unexpected challenges and unforeseen obstacles, Holland had to step up his game. He decided to pursue his business with "a level of focus and dedication at almost insanity levels."

As Holland struggled, he immersed himself in an educational process that included reading books by successful, influential people. "I hated reading until I started reading personal development books," Holland laughed. Some of his favorites include The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, The Four-Hour Work Week and The Magic of Thinking Big.

"You really learn what's working by failing - a LOT," Holland said. But despite all the frustrations, failures and aggravating obstacles, Holland eventually emerged victorious. He now runs a thriving business and enjoys a comfortable income and lifestyle that includes staying home with his wife and two young children.

"I haven't woken up to an alarm clock in about five years," Holland laughs.
